2014 BMW X5 & X6 Preview
Rumours and unofficial details have been spreading about the new X5 and X6, which will be revealed in 2014. The X5 and X6 are expected to be based on a new components set known as “X for all,” a result of BMW’s growing interest and expertise in all-wheel drive. The X5 and X6 will be reduced in weight and employ anti-roll bars. There will be X5 M and X6 M options for those who need that extra ‘oomph’. MINI supports 2011 Life Ball AIDS charity event.
The Canadian designer duo known as DSQUARED2 unveiled their exclusive Life Ball MINI in Vienna on May 21st. Since 2001, MINI has taken part in the event by creating a legendary one-off MINI each year to be placed up for auction to benefit the organization. The special edition Life Ball MINI was auctioned off and proceeds went to the charity.
