A major public infrastructure initiative is now reshaping Toronto’s east end. As part of this work, the property at Sunlight Park Road has been designated to support the development of a new regional transit hub that will serve the city for generations to come.

This change was not initiated by BMW Toronto, but we are approaching it with careful planning, clear priorities, and long-term intent. In the period ahead, BMW Toronto will continue operating from a newly renovated location just a few blocks away at 740 Dundas St. East. This allows our teams to maintain service continuity while plans progress toward a permanent future in the same community we have been part of for decades.

What is changing is the physical space. What remains consistent is how we operate, who we serve, and the standards that have long defined the BMW Toronto experience.

The same teams, systems, and commitment to service remain firmly in place. This publication marks the beginning of that transition and serves as a record of its unfolding. This is part of a longer process that will take shape over time.
