Congratulations on your new BMW!

We’re excited to hand over the keys and get you on the road. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free delivery, please review the following steps and complete any necessary actions before your pickup date.

 

Pickup Instructions.

When you arrive at BMW Toronto:

  • Check-in with reception and let them know you’re here for vehicle pickup.
  • Your salesperson will be notified and guide you through the final steps.

 

1. Insurance Requirements.

A Bill of Sale is attached for your insurance provider.

Please ensure you:

Email your Insurance Confirmation Binder to your Business Manager and Salesperson at least 48 business hours before your scheduled delivery.

Your policy must include:

  • Lease contracts:
    • Minimum $2,000,000 liability coverage
  • Finance contracts:
    • Minimum $1,000,000 liability coverage
  • Maximum $5,000 deductible
  • Your lien holder/lessor should be listed as:
    • BMW Group Financial Services Canada
      Suite 600 – 175 Commerce Valley Dr. West
      Markham, ON, L3T 7P6

 

2. Payment Due on Delivery.

To complete your vehicle pickup, please ensure your payment is ready using one of the following methods:

Certified Cheque or Bank Draft (Payable to
BMW Toronto) from one of these institutions:

  • Bank of Montreal (BMO)
  • TD Bank
  • Royal Bank (RBC)
  • Scotiabank
  • CIBC
  • HSBC

E-Transfer

  • Send at least one business day before delivery to:
    etransfer@bmwtoronto.ca

Wire Transfer

  • Contact your Business Manager or Salesperson.

Online Banking Bill Payment

  • Send at least 48 hours before delivery.
  • Payee: BMW Toronto
  • Your DMS account number.

 

3. Licensing & Registration.

We will license your vehicle with new plates by default—no action needed. To transfer your own plates instead, bring them and the ownership documents.

4. Pre-Authorized Payments.

Please provide a Void Cheque or Pre-Authorized Payment Form matching the name on your contract.

5. Download the MyBMW App.

Enhance your BMW experience by downloading the MyBMW App before your visit. It allows you to:

  • Access remote vehicle controls
  • View service reminders & vehicle status
