Sales

• Our Sales Department is open for regular business hours: Mon-Thurs 8:30am-8pm | Fri-Sat 8:30-6pm
• If you’re interested in a vehicle, we recommend you book an appointment in advance.
• There is a maximum of 3 people per party.
• Upon arrival, please call the BMW Toronto main line (416 623-4269), or your sales representative to greet you at the door furthest west on Sunlight Park Rd.
• Wearing a mask or a face covering is encouraged. Sanitizer and gloves will be provided.

Parts

• BMW Toronto is happy to offer curbside pickup.
• Arrive the dealership call the BMW Toronto main line (416 623-4269), please direct your call to the Parts Department.
• Please make arrangements for payment prior to pickup. Upon arrival, a representative will come drop off your order at the front door at main doors at 11 Sunlight Park Rd.

Service

• We offer complete contact-less service.
• You may drop off your vehicle off any time of day or the day before in our main customer parking lot:
  • Keys can be dropped with your vehicle details under the BMW Toronto Tent (beside the main entrance)
  • Deposit keys in envelope: name, number, and vehicle details in our overnight drop box safe
• Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to offer shuttle services. This for the safety of our employees and customers, given the status of COVID-19.
• We hope to resume normal service practices as soon as possible, and are evaluating this situation week by week.
• To pick up your vehicle after service, we ask you to use your secondary key, or if you do not have one, can call the service department for pick up details.
• Payment will be taken electronically prior to vehicle pick up.
• The pick lot is located just behind the fence of Sunlight Park Road, to the right.
• Operating Hours for Service is: Mon-Friday 7:30am- 5:30pm
