Combining the distinctive silhouette of a Sports Activity Coupé with BMW’s latest electric technology, the iX4 introduces a new choice for drivers looking for performance, versatility and all-electric driving.
The BMW iX4 50 xDrive is scheduled to launch in March 2027, with a starting MSRP of $79,900 CAD.
A Distinctive New Design
The BMW iX4 brings the Neue Klasse design language to a Sports Activity Coupé, featuring a flowing roofline, sculpted wheel arches and a new interpretation of the BMW kidney grille.
The M Sport Package comes standard, adding 20-inch M light-alloy wheels, M Sport brakes and distinctive exterior details.
Inside, the cabin features a driver-focused layout, generous passenger space and a full-length Panoramic Roof with Climate Glass as standard, creating a bright, open interior.
Electric Performance with Impressive Range
The BMW iX4 50 xDrive features two electric motors and BMW xDrive all-wheel drive, producing 463 hp and accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.9 seconds.
Its sixth-generation BMW eDrive technology delivers a preliminary estimated range of up to 680 km.
With 800V technology and DC charging capability of up to 400 kW, the iX4 can add up to 296 km of range in approximately 10 minutes under suitable charging conditions.
For drivers looking for even greater performance, the upcoming BMW iX4 M60 xDrive will deliver 603 hp and accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in an estimated 3.9 seconds.
A New Generation of BMW Technology
The BMW iX4 introduces BMW Panoramic iDrive with Operating System X, bringing together a 17.9-inch Central Display, BMW Panoramic Vision and an available BMW 3D Head-Up Display.
BMW Panoramic Vision projects important driving information across the lower windshield, keeping essential details within the driver’s field of view.
The iX4 also features BMW’s new Heart of Joy control system, which manages key driving functions up to ten times faster than previous systems, contributing to more precise and responsive handling.
Additional technology includes available attentive hands-free highway driving at speeds up to 130 km/h and bidirectional charging capability.
Coming to BMW Toronto in 2027
The new BMW iX4 50 xDrive is scheduled to launch in March 2027, starting at $79,900 CAD. The higher-performance BMW iX4 M60 xDrive will follow later in 2027.
